Pangaea ET goes with Entrepreneurs and Project Initiators all the way along to:

1. attracting necessary investment for the project;
2. elevate your project presentation & documentation  to internationally accepted standards;
3. ensuring that the project complies with the international banking and regulatory framework.

An Entrepreneur or Project Initiator may be an individual or an enterprise.

To enable legally protected exchange of the necessary information, we offer to mutually sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement - Application Level , hereinafter i.e. NDA L1. Please request an NDA L1 template. In some cases we may accept customer's NDA template.

To participate, an Entrepreneur or Project Initiator fills out an application form and a questionnaire, and after signing NDA L1 provides the identification/authentification documents. 

To use Entrepreneurial Finance Services of Pangaea ET, an Entrepreneur or Project Initiator  fills out an application form and questionnaire, and after signing NDA L1 provides the project presentation and authentification documentation.

Generally, an executive summary of project presentation with key financial targets of the project needed to be submitted. If these are not available, please specify more detail in the application form. In this case we have to start from working together out a proper business case and presentation material. 

If the Entrepreneur or Project Initiator is an enterprise in Switzerland or in European Union:

• Business identification number (BIN) or equivalent, if applicable.
• Certificate of good standing or equivalent, if applicable.
• Value-added Tax registration certificate, if applicable.
• Certificate of incorporation or equivalent.
• A business charter.
• A document confirming that the person signing the contract has the power to do so.

If the Entrepreneur or Project Initiator is certified as an individual entrepreneur in Switzerland or in European Union:

• Certificate of registration as an individual entrepreneur.
• Value-added Tax registration certificate if the individual entrepreneur pays such taxes.

If the Entrepreneur or Project Initiator is an individual:

• True copy of ID card or passport, properly certified.
