FOR INVESTORS

Pangaea ET matches angel and venture investors with carefully selected projects to obtain a share of the profit or to participate in the full development cycle of a project.
The projects selected for investment are owned by entrepreneurs with proven success record, not less 10%-30% own investment in the project and with tangible administrative and logistical support in Switzerland.

Investor may be either individuals or an enterprises.
To enable legally protected exchange of the necessary information, we offer to mutually sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement - Application Level , hereinafter i.e. NDA L1. Please request an NDA L1 template. In some cases we may accept customer's NDA template.

To participate, the Investor fills out an application form and a questionnaire, and after signing NDA L1 provides the identification/authentification documents.

If the Investor is an enterprise in Switzerland or in European Union:

• Business identification number (BIN) or equivalent, if applicable.
• Value-added Tax registration certificate, if applicable.
• Certificate of incorporation.
• A business charter or equivalent.
• A certificate of good standing, if applicable.
• A document confirming that the person signing the contract has the power to do so.

If the Investor is certified as an individual entrepreneur in Switzerland or in European Union:

• Certificate of registration as an individual entrepreneur.
• Value-added Tax registration certificate if the individual entrepreneur pays such taxes.

If the Investor is an individual:

• True copy of ID card or passport, properly certified.
